Copenhagen 21/11 2017. 75 cl bottle from Rema 1000. GBs usual design in orange, red and gold. Very flashy.
Pours clear amber with a big yellowish head. Settles as a 1 cm thick layer of creamy foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is sweet with strong notes of fruit. Caramel, tart gooseberries, lemonade and citrus.
Strong carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor has a summer sweetness followed by a stronger tartness. Aftertaste is more tart than bitter. Finish is dry.
Fine fresh and tart autumn beer. I actually appreciate that's its a fairly big bottle.
