Tripel is a naturally fresh beer with a beautiful light golden color, strong malt aroma with refined notes of fruit and with a long, good aftertaste. Recommended temperature for greatest enjoyment 7-8° C and gently poured into a glass in one motion

Copenhagen 25/4 2015. 75 cl bottle from Rema 1000, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh. NV. Label with a yellow star announcing that we are dealing with a Danish remake of a Belgian Tripel.
Pours hazy yellow with white head subsiding to a thin layer after a couple of minutes. A bit bubbly. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is of yeast and alcohol with a little sour citrus fruit. Whiff of musty cellar and alcohol.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft yet lightly tingling texture.
Flavor follows the nose. Yeasty and a little sour with prominent notes of alcohol.
Decent imitation of a Belgian style Tripel.
