Enjoyed half a bottle at the brewery. Doug, the new bremaster is getting good amount of bitterness with this lunchtime sessionable. Amarillo, fuggles, hallentrau, and Saaz hops. Light mouthfeel, even a bit thin. Understated carbonation, like a cask and hope to have it on cask. A light pale really. Available only at the brewery. Light colour, a touch of white lace. Faint c-hop, you get the amarillo.

Couple pints on tap at Volo.
A tough one to categorise...but it seems to fit the description of a low alcohol blonde ale. Light golden pour with a minimal white lacy head. A few spots of lace are left behing, but the retention is very patchy. Clean malt aroma with some grassiness and underlying biscuit. Good flavour considering the lightness - the malt body is strong and grainy, while a suprising amount of bitterness comes from some leafy and grassy hops. Light body and aggressive carbonation. Perhaps a tad too carbonated, but more or less as I expected for the style.
Good crisp flavours, and an excellent refreshing quality. High drinkability, and good for sessioning due to its lower ABV. A nice lower alcohol beer, which we need a few more of around here.
