Bottle shared by Pino, purchased at the brewery. 650ml into some tulips. I'd like to thank you for this dude, but I'm not sure I should!
Poured a flat (no surprise given the history of almost everything else they've bottled) hazy orange, with some darker brown tones. Translucent body and some floaties. Nose is oaky, hints of butter and some light fruits/nuts. Taste has butter, butterscotch, oak and finishes with a crisp 'lager' bite. Some green apple and graininess. Mouthfeel is flat, thin and watery. A 'meh' overall, mildly drinkability and not complex by any standard. Definite need to improve quality control and carbonation by these guys.

Bottle from the brewery
Honey golden colour, some bubbles at the edges no lace at all. Smell is very oaky, butter, some malt is there vanilla and sweetish toffee notes. Taste is buttery and oaky, underlying malt character, vanilla and some sweet caramel. Thin and watery feel, no carbonation at all. Not very good at all, then again the base beer for this is no masterpiece either.

Substantial oak aroma. Light yellow and some greyishness to its appearance. Booze in aroma. Taste of oak and vinegar. Understated carbonation. A light mouthfeel.
Pino's bottle. Not up to the style of even a light lager. Inexpensive bottle. Not the best of the series.
