32 ounce growler purchased at the brewery about an hour ago.
"Belgian style amber ale brewed with nine types of malts and exclusively hopped with bravo"
Brewer: Aaron Sturges
Pours a nice warm shade of auburn amber, slight medium khaki head, leaving just a thin collar, minimal film and slippery bits of lace.
Malty and slightly spiced nose. I get a hint of cinnamon and perhaps nutmeg.
Well rounded and malty brew. Dark bread malts, drying tea flavored hops through the finish. More light spicing. Tastes sort of like a lighter bodied and mildly spiced winter warmer. Went nicely with some pungent blue cheese
