"This higher alcohol beer is brewed with 100% centennial, then dry-hopped with centennial and Chinook"
1/2 growler filled at the brewery this afternoon.
Pours heavily hazed and murky darker amber, under a long lasting and luxurious head. Slowly goes to a thicker film, and leaving extensive and good looking sheeting. Nice looking brew.
Smells like a bag of fresh hops.
Well hopped and bold tasting. Fresh hops all over this one. Pine and resin coming through loud and clear. Hop heads and IPA lovers rejoice. More quality beer from the Captain.
