On cask at The Old Toad for their cask festival.
Pours a golden yellow, with no head or lacing.
Smells like wheat, lemon, orange, pineapple, and lots of other citrus.
The cask delivery and the dry-hopping has essentially turned this one into an IPA. There is some wheat bitterness, but there's also a decent amount of hop bitterness, and lots of citrusy goodness. The aforementioned fruits, with mostly orange and pineapple.
Light bodied, crisp, very low carbonation, as expected from the cask. Not as lively of a cask style carbonation as I'd hoped.
