Tasty and sour-like. Could be a little more sour

Had on tap on 11/25 at Cask Republic into a wine glass. Comes out almost clear, golden, with basically no head. Smell is kind of faint, some maltiness at the most, hint of tart. Flavor comes out a bit more, touch of tart, cracker malt, back end has some saltiness in the afterntaste. Feel is smooth and velvety, sits light in the stomach. A decent gose that falls a bit short of some better ones I've had lately. Seems a bit under-carbonated, too.

Grower pour procured from the brewery this afternoon
Pours hazed straw, quality looking head, however quickly fading
Lightly tart, deeply flavorful, with a hint of mineral, yes a soft saltiness, and mostly crisp and delicately biting fruit.
Delicious. Went great with some goat cheese.. Well done Justin and Justin of the captain's crew
