1/2 growler filled at the mother ship a few hours ago...
Pours medium brown, moderate head, and leaving respectable looking ringed and strands of lacing
Malty nose with some smoky maple notes.
Smooth, with light smoke, maple, caramel and malty goodness.
Nice Scotch ale, with moderate smoke character...nice addition to the evenings marinade (pork or chicken doesn't matter...)
