" Copper ale dry hopped w/ amarillo and late addition of brett brings about a mild ever evolving funk"
Pours medium hazed amber, moderate fine off white fine bubble head, leaves nice looking sheeting , all the way up on the glass.
1/2 growler filled at the source yesterday
Freshy Tropical fruit nose.
More and more pineapple ,cinnamon, coriander, bubblegum, lite smoke, lite Belgiany yeasty funk, grainy, fruity hops late and all over the finish....
Delicious/complex/great beer......I'm going to get another growler tomorrow
