Growler filled at the mothership this afternoon...
Pours near clear, lighter, near golden amber. Nice fine bubble film, collar and moderate fine bits and strands of lace left on the glass.
Big tropical fruit nose, with some lite pepper and a hint of smoke.
Pineapple, lime, again some pepper, but mostly lots of tropical hoppy goodness. Solid caramel/bready malt unde coating.
High quality IPA, bordering on a DIPA..boldly flavorful, quite.tasty, sturdy and well worth a try if you find yourself in the CL neighborhood
