"A bold wheat ale with German roots just in time for fall"
Enjoyed on tap at the brewery and now at home in a 1/2 growler
Pours clouded yellowy/orangy, under a long lasting egg shell cap. Ample thick strands of lacing left on the glass.
Candied/fruity nose with some coriander and lime
Love the style and this is a citric (lemon/lime/oranges) take on it. Some more coriander, some honey sweetness, lime and lime zest really coming through, again oranges, wheaty malts providing a smooth and tasty backbone ...delicious
soft and inviting mouth feel...over all outstanding...
