Very light
distinct rice note
hmmm, I'm so psyched to give this one a try....
Tasted at the brewery and now reviewed from a 1/2 growler
Pours VERY light and yellowy, near clear. minor white head, thin collar and just a wisp of fine lace left on the glass
Nose half cooked white rice
More white rice on the palate, with a dab of lime....light and rice infused...blech..not for me..perhaps my least favorite brew put out there by the Captain...oh well cant all be awesome...might go great with some sushi ...but I doubt it.
