11/1....Draft. Pours clear gold. Lid of white foam. Strong lemon citrus nose. Lemon citrus taste, along with a very modest sour. Closely crisp and sharp. Tast.

"10 lbs smoked acorn squash and 15 lbs roasted butternut squash meet in a light, tart berliner (sp) with
strisselspalt hops."
Enjoyed a couple of times at the brewery and now reviewed from a 1/2 growler at home.
Pours lightly hazed lighter yellowy amber, moderate off white cap, leaves a thicker film and fields of nice looking low sheeting.
Lemon all over the nose.
Thankfully there is no trace of all that squash mentioned in the description...I get waves of lemony tartness, and crisp, light flavorfulness. If you enjoy the style, and I know not all do, this one is well worth trying.
