"A lactic fermented wheat beer with salt and coriander. Light, cloudy, tart, refreshing - a strange and wonderful beer"
This is the "Bros before Gose" pilot batch brew with an addition of some tart fruit.
Enjoyed at the brewery and now from a 1/2 growler.
Pour clouded and dull looking yellowy, with sort of a very light brown hue. Minimal head., no film, collar and no lace left behind.
Super ripe fruity nose, with a powdered sugar note.
On the palate, its again waves of ripe fruits, berries of all sorts. Blackberries and blue berries all over this one. Yes, I note a touch of salt and the advertised lactic hint...Very enjoyable...well worth a try
