Enjoyed at the mothership and now reviewed from a 1/2 growler at home
Pours heavily hazed lighter, yellowy and dull looking color wise. Quickly departing off white larger bubble head and leavings head and leaving next to no lace.
Nose is earthy and and slightly lactic.
More earthiness on the palate, smells like some compost, some straw and some mushroom spores... I like it, delicate and flavorful with a moderate tart note...wild beer lovers/Berliner Weiss enjoyer to get some, nice stuff
