Pours darn near clear, lighter amber, eggshell cap, leaves nice looking webs of sheeting
Mild resiny hop nose
Straight ahead, west coast style IPA, more drying and resiny hops giving this one all its character.
Dry, hoppy and drinkable, went well with some quality cheddar cheese.
