Caged and corked, 375 ml bottle.
Pours clouded , a darker and dense shade of burnt orange, minor head and leaving just a few bits of lacing,
Nice balance of sour and fruit on the nose.
More of the same idea on the palate, moderate sour and nice levels of ripe fruit, notes of oranges, complex, interesting and quite enjoyable. Approachable sour with balance and intrigue...would like to get a few more bottles some to enjoy now and some to put aside for a few years....
