"A gruit in the style of an English mild with mugwort. Sassafras, sweet birch, spicebush foraged from Stone Barns."

Pours clouded peanut butter, minimal head
Malt, earth and some dark tea notes on the nose
More malt, more tea, more dull earthyness on the palate....meh.......carbonation on the low side....too much tea and dull maltyness, ...not my favorite style (gruit) and perhaps just not for me...
