A hot fermented saison utilizing European pilsner malt, wheat, and oats to create a spicy and smooth-bodied saison. The intense flavors of the saison yeast create an interesting platform to build upon using some full-flavored American hops to dry hop with. Citrus, spice, and floral all come to mind when smelling this beer.
