Enjoyed at the brewery and now reviewed at home form a 1/2 growler
"Kolsch with oak smoked wheat malt. Round body, light in color, mild smoke flavor."
Pours lightly clouded, dull, yellowy lighter, Cap is large and lasting, leaves behind thicker froth and some stick on the glass
I get yeast and wheaty malts on the nose minimal is any smoke on the nose
KInd of feels like a thicker Hefeweizen, with some bananas, and more wheat and yeasty...again, minimal smoke....hmmmm
Decent, smooth and easy enough to enjoy, but nothing overly amazing goin on here...maybe some wood....but smoke?...not feelin it
