"NE IPA - 6.9%, The dry hopped IPA's have always tasted hoppier, smelled richer and danker, before going through the centrifuge of filter"
Sampled and enjoyed on tap at the brewery and now from a 1/2 growler at home. Love the name BTW, the captain showing some sense of humor!
Pours with about a medium haze, a nice glowing shade of lighter tangerine, leaves a load of great looking super fine webs and sheets of lacing all the way up on the glass.
Sweet and pungent ripe tropical fruit nose. Rum infused pineapple comes to mind, and that is a very good thing.
This is a super tasty and highly enjoyable take of the style that everybody is brewing these days...IE: Jumping on the "Band wagon"...more ripe tropicals abounding, more pineapple, oranges, limes, a subtle smokey back note, but still on the side of the spectrum... complex...yum yum...go get some
