Drinkable IPA with a juicy tang, the Mosaic brings out great flavor in improving the brews drinkabilty. Good beer, maybe not the hoppy explosion I’m looking for in an Indian Pale Ale.

Pours a little hazy with a largish head that leaves good lace. Nose is really nice. Honestly, it smells a lot like a Treehouse beer, which really surprised me. It has that same yeasty character with plenty of hoppy stone fruit. Taste isn't quite as nice, but still solid...maybe more of a pale ale flavor profile than IPA. Overall, a very good beer.

Served on tap at the Captain Lawrence Brewery.
A: Pours a hazy, golden to amber color with an off-white, low retention, and some lacing.
S: A slightly, unripened peach aroma predominates.
T: A strong peach note clearly present, but the maltiness is much, much more evident than in the nose. Not too much pine. Grainier and grassier also, with a complementary dose of bitterness..
M: Medium bodied with no more than light carbonation.
O: A very enjoyable and drinkable IPA.

Solid offering here. Wonderful flavor and aroma. Very fruity with a solid hop presence. Glad to have this as a local offering. If you like Jai Alai or other floral and fruity IPAs, this one is up your alley.

From a growler, pours a moderately hazy deep orange. Two fingers of off-white foam. Solid lacing.

Not a huge amount on the smell, mostly a bit of pine and fruit. Taste has the Mosaic berry flavor, along with a resinous pine. Feel is very drinkable but not thin. Overall, very nice IPA. Lots of flavor for the ABV.

Can, no apparent date:
Pours a fairly well hazed amber yellow with an orange tint. A nice couple fingers of white head left splotches of lacing. The head fell softly, and revived easily.

I get mostly tropical with a backing dankness. The tropical hit big early but faded. A more green tropical note replaced it. Some citrus peel influence might be in there, tropical (unsweet, not too ripe tropical later in the pour), and a little mix of earthy and dank.

I ended up not getting as much tropical as I expected, initially, though the nose became more what I got in the flavor the whole time. Tropical fruit rind bitterness - mango. Piney, earthy spice, and a bit of leafy greenness in back.

I got a little prickliness from the carbonation, which pokes through a decently hefty body for a lighter beer. It's like the beer had a soft side that someone is throwing sewing pins through, with some success.

This one was pretty balanced overall, coming across as earthy with fruity highlights. Nice body and a little dank bitter lean with some fruity aspects.

Great showcase of the hops on the nose, the flavor is prevalent and enjoyable, only complaint is that it's a bit thin, but that probably just makes it easier to drink multiple. Recommended

Really nice nose! Flavor showcases the Mosaic hops well, but I marked it down a tad for a bit of a yeasty funk thing going on. Full and smooth mouthfeel that feels like a bigger beer than it's weight of 5.9%. A pretty good representation of the NE IPA style that is well worth a try at its great price point ($9.99 for me). I would purchase again.
