Brewed using a healthy dose of imported Pilsner malt and master oats to create a smooth mouthfeel.

Orange copper on the pour with plenty of lacing. Has a pleasant floral and fruity aroma, Mosaic hops come through strongly with citrus base. Creamy mouthfeel, slight mango, caramel malt, super balanced. A Nice IPA, not too boozy!

A: hazy burnt orange and yellow color with a soapy 1.5 finger white head
S: sweet citrus, grapefruit, sweet malts. Tonsssss of peach with a hint of pepper. More peaches. This is a peach bomb
T: peach, and sweet canned peaches. Big floral note and a touch of mango some big crackery notes. A touch of bready yeast and a little grapefruit note as well. A nice hit of blueberry sweetness at the end from the Mosaic
M: medium mouthfeel with medium carbonation
O: as mentioned above, this ones a peach bomb. The mosaic is gives some nice blueberry flavors at the end here. Average beer, nothing above that

12 ou can. age: 30 days. I'm a fan of the brewery but this is a strange one for me. I get they are entering the "haze craze thing" (which I am a fan) but the Mosaic hops at the end don't seem to complement what they are trying to do. IMO. It smells amazing. Light bodied- which is fine. Lower on the alcohol scale- I have no problem with that. But there's seems to be too much going on here. IDK. Not sorry I tried it and will have another but it doesn't appear to me to be one of their better offerings.

Served on tap in a nonic pint.
Hazy lemon yellow with short cap of off-white head and decent lace stripes down the glass.
Aroma was highly fruity estery, more than the hops I think. Peach and apricot esters with the hoping overwhelmed but poking through with some grapefruit and pineapple hop notes.
Flavor is also dominated by yeast esters with a lot of floral and peach slightly sulfur character. The hops made a better show in the flavor with some pineapple and fruit punch notes. Bitterness was higher than most NEIPAs, which I'm not sure works with the high ester character.
Feel is slick and oily and not the soft feel most of the best of the style hit on.
Kind of a miss for Capt Lawrence on this one.

Had on tap Modica Market Seaside FL Dec 2019
Orange copper pour with plenty of lacing.. definitely drinks more like a pale than a true IPA. Super creamy mouthfeel, slight mango, caramel malt, super balanced
Seek this easy drinker out!

On tap at Pizzetta. Pours a clear golden yellow with 2 inches of head. Minimal lacing. The aroma is citrus and tropical fruits. Papaya, tangerine orange, peach and grapefruit. The taste is like the aroma but a bit subdued, maybe. Peach, papaya, tangerine, mango along with a nice toasty malt backbone. Reminds me more of a pale ale than IPA. Lightly carbonated with a light body.

Can. Bright pale copper with lasting head and lace. juicy papaya mango aroma with similar sweetness and a touch of cereal. Light bitterness with some light residual honey sweetness. Medium light body pleasantly low carbo. Juicy doesn't have to be murky and gross. Excellent.
