"Easy drinking American Pale Ale with the addition of bread in the mash then dry hopped with Centennial and Cascade."
Enjoyed at the brewery and now reviewed from a 1/2 growler.
Pour with a light haze, pretty typical looking amber, under a medium khaki cap and leaving nice looking high sheeting and scattered fine lacing.
Malty sweet sniff, with a back note of dusty cascades
Tasty brew, with sweet malts up front and a smooth but resiny hop finish....bright, clean and flavorful, nicely crafted and balanced APA.....Old school in a good way....well worth a visit to the brewery to procure a growler
