"A traditional Belgian strong ale with a light body, touch of sweetness and pleasant notes of cloves, spices and fruits"
Growler filled at the brewery this afternoon.
Pours with a slight haze, lower carbonation, leaves just a smidge of head and lacing.
Heavy clove, ripe fruit, coriander and candi sugar nose. Wow
On the heavier side of the Triple style, more malty and less carbonated then the typical triple.
Deeply flavorful, complex and heady stuff at 9%...dense notes of coriander, a hint of lime, Belgian yeast, again candi sugar, clove and more clove...impressive and highly enjoyable...go get some
