'Brett IPA aged in oak barrels for 3 years"
Sampled from a growler filled at the brewery.
Pours fully hazed, darker amber, with a dark plum hue. Some fine off white bubbles come together to create a slight film, thin collar and just a tiny bit of lacing.
Earthy, barnyard infused, funky n pungent nose....love it...
Super tasty, super complex, super worthy....I'm gonna get over to the brewery to get more as soon as the open....great stuff copiously malted, hopped and yeasted....and yes, the yeast we are talking about is BRETT. and I love Brett, especially when it been liberally applied and given some time to develop....earthy notes, barnyard notes, slightly sour notes, ripe dark fruit notes...this shite is delicious..go get some

T: Mildly tart. Flavor more complex including cherry, apple, toffee, vanilla, and cocoa. Tastes like a liquer.
M: Light bodied with low carbonation.
O: Interesting and complex. Very mild for a Sour IPA. Really enjoyable.
