A: cloudy; mauve in color; 1+ finger finely pored light pink head that receded to a wispy cap; nice lacing;
S: non-descript fruit with vanilla; also seems a little salty;
T: vanilla for a moment, then pomegranate and black raspberry are distinct; slight tartness through the milddle and mild bitterness on the finish;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;
O: interesting, but not something I would choose again;

A: The beer is very hazy brownish purple in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a large patch of off-white bubbles not the surface, a collar around the edge, and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of raspberries and pomegranate are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of pomegranate along with strong notes of lactose and vanilla.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied on the palate with a moderate amount of visible carbonation. The lactose lends a little smoothness to the mouthfeel.
O: This could make for a nice dessert beer, but I thought that the taste would be a little more fruitier.

Very unique ipa, totally get blackberries and vanilla in this smoothie ipa. Pours a very unique color of a purple hazey look, aswell as decent foamy head nothing crazy. Nice alcohol amount overall great IPA must try if you havent.

Straight berries on the sniff
Fruity, fresh and quite enjoyable take on the slightly sour/slightly sweet fruited up milkshake style of IPA. Super smooth, more berries, and stone fruits on the palate. Great stuff...go get some
