A: crystal clear; pale gold in color; 1 finger fizzy white head that receded to a wispy cap; nice rings of lace;
S: pineapple, orange, and lemon;
T: pineapple, orange, and lemon, with the balance tilted toward pineapple; the aftertaste is lemon with pineapple in the background; mild bitterness on the finish;
M: light to medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;
O: OK, but not especially interesting; oddly clear for a hazy IPA;

A collaboration with the Capitol Theatre in Portchester, NY. The Cap is one of the premiere music venues in the NYC area. The Captain has had a special Cap beer on tap in the theatre for years, so this collab is a natural....also nice to see my favorite brewery doing what they can to keep one of my favorite music venues afloat.
16 ouncer, dated "2/25/21"...nice and fresh at about 2 weeks in the can.
Pours out on the lighter side, with about a medium level of haze. Off white and looser frothy cap. Leaves leaves a thick film, lasting collar and some strands of lacing on the glass.
Resiny pineapple notes on the sniff.
Full flavor NEIPA, I get notes of pineapple, grapefruit, again hop resins, and some leafy tea. On the bitter side of balanced for a "Hazy IPA". Pleasing creation...well worth a try
