A: crystal clear; copper colored; 1 finger finely pored fizzy, light tan head that receded quickly to a splotchy cap with a moderate collar; no lacing;
S: the first whiff reminded me of walking into a musty room; subsequent whiffs gave me sweet malt and apple;
T: apple through the middle, then sweet apple cider through the finish; very mild bitterness at the end;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;
O: not a great representation of the style;

16 ounce can poured into a dimpled mug.
Canned 3/2/22
L: Cloudy copper with a big near-white foam cap, moderate retention, some lace.
S: Weak spicy noble hop aroma.
T: Herbal hops, tea like, some orange flavor, hint of toasted malt.
F: Crisp medium light body, smooths a little toward the finish.
O: Decent enough beer, drinkable, but the flavor profile, in my opinion, is not so much in line with a Marzen.

Tall can direct from the source in Elmsford, NY
Medium amber pour, near clear, moderate cap.
Malty nose with some maple.
Pleasing fall seasonal lager. More maple notes, also vanilla and honey...worth a try.

This one pours a dark-ish amber color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells kind of just generically sweet and malty, with none of the richness you want.
This is not appalling by any means, but it’s pretty forgettable. It’s just generically sweet and malty, with not a ton of balance to it, and no real hop character that I can discern.
This is medium bodied, a little bit too rich, with a decent enough drinkability.
Captain Lawrence hasn’t really been relevant in a while now. This isn’t going to change that fact.

Aber color with a big foamy head that settles to dense finger thick layer, great retention.
Notes of caramel malts on the nose.
Taste follows suit with a fine hop note and just a hint of bittersweet.
Light body with good carbonation, easy to drink, I like it!

The pour is copper colored with a fair amount of carbonation. The taste is doughy, mild citrus, mild honey, earthy. This was a little bit as compared to other oktoberfest beers that I've had. Cheers! B-

Sampling a cellar temp 16 oz can poured into my .5L dimple mug. Date stamp is canned on 08/02/2022.
The beer pours a rich clear copper color with a soft fluffy eggshell white head of 2 cm. This foam fades slowly to a scattered surface covering with some clingy lattice on the sides of my glass.
The aroma on this beer is some toasted bread and a bit of caramel, maybe a little pumpernickel bread. Not really much else, I find the nose to be very mild.
First sip reveals a medium to light body with very fine and gentle carbonation. texture is smooth and the beer drinks pretty easy.
Flavor is similar to the nose, I get some toasted grains and bread, with some sweeter caramel coming through on the swallow. the finish does dry out but flavor of toasted malts is what lingers. I dont get any real hop profile here and the ABV is well hidden. A pretty good easy drinking beer. Glad to have tried this one and would (will) drink more again.

From the can, it pours a clear amber color with a nice off-white head that very slowly subsides and leaves lacing. Caramel malts and sweetish malts in the nose. The mouth gets the same, caramel forward and malty behind.
