There's not much head, nor glass lacing, but high alcohol brews rarely present that. Now inside a clear glass liter mug, all sixteen ounces of the pint can fit easily. Yet, it's nicely carbonated. The color is apricot-amber. There's an ordinary aroma that's a vague combination of fruit and starch. It tastes citrusly sharp from the onset, a sharpness no doubt abetted by the ABV. Along with the citrus bite comes an almost honey like sweetness. This isn't bad, especially at delivering a quick beer buzz. But there are other IIPAs which deliver this potency more softly and smoothly.

Tall can, direct from the brewery. Just released but bottom tells me this was "canned 10102022"
Nice looking fully hazed up NEIPA look. The cap is long lasting and frothy in character, leaves low, thicker bubble ringed and fields of lacing.
Perfumed and floral sniff.
Tasty, complex and heady brew...10% hidden well on the palate. Plenty of lime, grapefruits, some bananas, caramel, apples and other assorted fruity notes coming to mind.
All the beers in this "Mood" line have been great....this one did not disappoint...go get some and support the captain!
