16oz can. Can dating is a bottom stamp reading 'CANNED 09262023'.
Cloudy, straw colored body. Two fingers of white head, and this drops to a pillow cap and a ring with tendrils.
Aroma of slightly sweet yeast and sweet malt.
Taste is full, with flavors of lemon and orange, with an underlay of sweet malt.
More than medium mouth feel. More time taken to take each sip. Juicy hops continue in the aftertaste.
Excellent balance of yeast, malt, and hops.

Collaboration beer brewed at Captain Lawrence with help and input from a herd of other brewers all from Westchester County in NY State.
Tall can marked "canned 9/26/2003" on the bottom.
Pours out quite light, with a slight haze, leaving delicate and fine bubble lacing up and down the glass.
Yeasty final pour with some sediment.
Sniff of light yeastiness with a hint of malts.
Light and easy drinking, with some malty, resiny hop, and lime rind notes...nice warm weather quaffer that went well with some spicy Jerk chicken.
