Growler filled at the brewery yesterday.
Pour: lightly hazed golden, near white fine bubble head, on the frothy and slightly looser side. Leaves ample thicker and high on the glass strands and fields of lacing. Bubble slowly continue to rise. Nice looking beer.
Aroma: Bright fruity nose with lemon and honey in the forefront
Taste: Fresh, light, and fruity with more lemon is the first impression. More lemon, honey, flowers and grass also come to mind.
MF: Moderatle crispness, quite dry in the finish.
Overall: Nicely done, love to try this one with some spicy asain food. Fresh and flavorful.
Another one off that I'd love to see brewed again.
