From the breweries info sheet "Brewer: Brinkley's. Marris otter and Munich malt make up most of this low alcohol yet decent bodied sessionable brown ale"
Growler filled this afternoon.
Pours dark mahogony, tiny bubble, tight head, leaves a delicate film, thin collar and nice fields of fine lace.
Some dough and some caramel on the nose.
Enjoyable brown ale, with chocolate malty notes. Dry finish. Nice and simple, balanced and easy drinking.
I want to put a pork tenderloin into it for a 24 hour swim
