A full-bodied, yet approachable stout with robust flavor and inviting aromas. Serve it with thick juicy steak, smoked gouda cheese, and dark chocolate truffles or chocolate raspberry mousse cake.

At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, from my favourite The Beer Store on Goyeau St. in nearby downtown Windsor. My first beer from the Toronto, ON brewery.

Impressive head over top of a walnut dark brew. Good lacing. After that the going gets rough. Nose full of chocolate syrup and booze. Raw edged booze to taste. Chocolate, some coffee and ash. Many of the basics there, but not much by way of harmony. Raw-edged unsophisticated stuff.
