This was quite a good irish stout. Much better than the commercialized ones in those nitro cans. Very dark with a tan head that had excellent retention. Smell is actually quite sweet and malty. Flavor is very roasted and chocolaty. Earthy hop base provides some bitterness and balance. Very dry in the finish. Went amazingly with the chocolate cake I had there!
