I had this with my dessert tonight. Looks really purple in color and was lacking sufficient carbonation from the appearance. Smell is really fruity but also kind of syruppy. This beer is simply too sweet. Tastes almost like grapefruit juice but with a bit more of a gooey body. It became cloying rather quickly. Nope, not really a lambic. Let's leave this style to Belgians or people who are truly interested in making a lambic correctly (JP).
