On-tap poured into a mug.
A- A great looking golden-yellow beer was a little light on carbonation. A short white head quickly fizzed into a light lace.
S- Solid aroma of read and floral hops.
T- The flavor was really nice. The doughy malts were nicely balanced with citrus/earthy hops. The finish was nice a clean.
M- Very clean feel. Light carbonation.
D- Very easy drinker. Smooth enough to have a couple in a sitting. Flavorful enough to stand its own with spicy or greasy food pairings.
Overall- A good example of a Bohemian Pilsener. The style of beer doesn't get enough credit because it isn't over the top in any area. However, this offering seems to hit most of the style's subtleties.
