On-tap poured into a mug.
A- Nice off-white head really stuck around before becoming a full lace that left lots of stick on the mug. Reddish-brown body.
S- On the sweet side. The molasses really comes through. Malty aromas, including caramel.
T- Very malty as the aroma would suggest. Hints of molasses and a buttery/caramel flavor and some roasty characteristics.
M- Pretty smooth with medium carbonation.
D- Fairly easy drinker. Maybe a little bit sweet to chug a bunch in a night. A pretty good beer where the brewer definitely took some risks with the recipe.
