Poured from 12oz can into a dimpled mug.
Appearance: light golden hue with a slight haze and a nice effervescence. Head is a thin layer of frothy ivory foam; the color is pretty but a little more head would be nice.
Smell: lightly sweet malt with a bit of graininess and a very good noble hop aroma. I like it!
Taste: malt is a bit grainier than in the aroma, but the sweetness offsets this. Hops continue to have a good noble character, a bit grassy, although not super bitter. I might have categorized this as a German pilsner rather than a Czech, but really, who's counting?
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a solid, easy-drinkin' pilsner.
