Drinking this at The Laughing Dog Brewing Company just outside of Hayesville North Carolina with The Red Headed Lady of Snowbird Mountains Brewery.
Looks golden yellow with a nice thick white foamy head that dropped quickly to a thick cap.
Smells lightly bready, lightly yeasty, floral and lemon.
Taste follows the nose nicely .
A more yeasty profile would be my preference, but just enough yeast to be interesting.
Overall a refreshing and nice example of a Belgium Blonde that I would definitely order again.
