On-tap the brewery's Wilderness Pub. Served in a 10oz mug, of all things.

Sun King arrived a cloudy gold , with a small, yet dense eggshell head. The head fell fairly quickly and the beer left just a bit of lace in its wake.

Pale fruits in the form of apple and pear get things going. Bitterness is well balanced and carries and coriander and citrus bite. A bit of straw rounds things out. Alcohol adds a tingle to the nose and some heat going down. The beer's body is a little more dense than I expect from this style. Its carbonation is soft.

Boulder Beer has been serving up a steady diet of Belgian style beers at the Wilderness Pub lately. Hopefully one or more will make their way into the regular lineup.
