Served on-tap at Flatlander's
A: Hazy straw color with a small white head. Leaves some splotchy lace.
S: Light citrus, some orange. Little bit of a spice kick with clove and pepper.
T: Taste is faint compared to the nose. Light pepper and citrus peels that don't linger long at all.
M: Light bodied. Average mouth, but highly drinkable.
O: An ok wit. The taste needs some work.

Pours light colored, slightly darker than clear golden. Some white foam. Citrus-y smell - lemons, organge slightly. Taste has a tang to it, with subtle wheat notes.
Overall easy drinnker - good offering.

Served in a shaker pint glass at the brewpub.
My journey into Flatlander's begins here! It pours a cloudy pale straw topped by a finger of white micro-foam. The nose comprises lemon zest, light mandarin orange, pepper, and a decent amount of clove. The taste is very similar, though the pepper is decidedly stronger, dwarfing the now-meager lemon. Strangely, the balance is not yet too far off to be unpleasant. The body is fairly light, with a light moderate carbonation and a dry finish. Overall, a nice wit, though it seems like it needs a bit more fine-tuning before its just right.

(Served in an American pint glass)
A- This beer has a hazy yellow body that was not real dense with a soapy pure white head that lasted and lasted. There was a gentle carbonation of bubbles that rose to the surface.
S- The smell of perfume and oranges had a tartness to it with a finish of earthiness from dried spices in the finish.
T- The tart lemon flavor was the main flavor with a smooth soft wheat note in the background. There was a sourness in the finish aswell. As it warmed there was a slight soapy note in with the wheat but it didn't really taste like an off flavor more of a yeasty quality.
M- This beer had a medium-full mouthfeel with a slightly chewy finish and a hint of a pucker for the first few sips.
D- This beer has a big tartness, for this style, and not much depth of flavor.
