(Served in an American pint glass)
This beer was described as a Scottish Cream Ale with whole peaches added to the fermenter.
A- This beer has a warm brassy brown body that is crystal clear with a white thin film of head and a gentle carbonation.
S- This beer has a light salty peach hint with a pale malt and toasted raw corn note.
T- The taste of pale malt has a really cream soda quality but it is note really sweet. There is a light buttery corn note with a hint of light caramel. The finish is a spicy peppery hop hint that is soft in the bitterness. This beer also has a note of apricots that comes through as it warms and blends nicely with the corn notes.
M- This beer has a medium-light mouthfeel with a slight creamy texture and a tight crisp fizz in the finish.
D- This beer was very interesting and not all what I expected from a fruit cream ale. It had good complexity and cream taste with a nice corn flavor.
