Served in a shaker pint glass at the brewpub.
And now Buster's gettin' in on the fun (joining Brayden, Grandpa, and Jackson). He pours a clear garnet topped by about a finger or so of white micro-foam. The nose comprises toffee, greens, light tobacco, chocolate, and cedar. Something here doesn't seem quite right to my 'strils. The taste holds notes of walnut, light cocoa, cedar, and caramel. This is a Dennis Rodman-style rebound from the smell. Back on track. The body is a light-ish medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a dry finish. Overall, a nice brown, but it doesn't quite add up properly.
