Served in a shaker pint glass at the brewpub.

It's been a while since my last visit, so it's nice to see a new brew on the list. It pours a dark black-brown topped by a finger of very light tan foam. The nose comprises light roasted malts, dark chocolate, light molasses, and male syrup. The taste brings in more of the same, though now the roasted malts take slight precedence over the chocolate, which itself has morphed from dark to a more milky flavor. Still pretty tasty. The body is a light medium, with a very light moderate carbonation and a very smooth feel. Overall, one of the better brews I've yet had here, a tasty and enjoyable little bock to sip on while watching the Sox...lose...again...dammit...

On tap at brew pub

A-nic me brown body with head that retains for awhile
S-nice chocolate scent. Very inviting
T-thin body which I am disappointed in but sweet chocolate taste. Would be a 4.5 with bigger body
M-light and smooth
O-alot better than my first beer from here. Good, but can use some improvement
