This is Rosie's 2008 Summer Seasonal.
A: Cloudy straw colored brew. Has a tiny head that doesn't retain well.
S: Very light. Aromas of biscuits, bananas and coriander come through, along with some yeast.
T: Again, very light. Yeasty and tart. Dry wheat and malt flavors up front and a spicy coriander bitterness. Finishes very clean.
M: Light body feels grainy and a little watery. Low carbonation level.
D: OK. Not a great interpretation of the style, but a decent session brew.
