On cask at Against the Grain, Dublin.
Champagne blonde with creamy sparkler snow head. 4
Musty sugared grapefruit and mashed guava nose. 4.25
Sugar cookie dough, Limoncello, then blonde pine, melon, and kiwi hops. 4.25
Peach pie finish and mildly bitter linger.
Light, creamy, soft. 3.75
Galaxy single hopped English blonde.
A bit thin, but gorgeous. Fruit is all kinds of deep and gentle. Makes me want to brew with Galaxy. 4.25
