Aroma and looks are brilliant. The taste is somewhat stranger and more difficult, it's harsher and not as soft as the aroma hints at with a sharp dryness.

Almost clear bright golden color with a bit of white foam. Aroma has nice floral and spicy yeast notes. Taste follows with yeast spice, light cinnamon and nutmeg, light earthy bitterness on the finish. Light to medium body, soft carbonation. Really nice, spicy witbier.

Poured from a 330ml bottle. No worries about sediment as this is a Thornbridge brew.
L: Beautiful, hazy, bright yellow with one finger of white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a decent cap. Sheets of lacing.
S: Lemon and rosewater nose. On the light side and doesn't last.
T: Initial lemony, witbier taste is quickly followed by rose and camomile flavours. The rose is not too sweet and has a subtly bitter edge to it.
F: Mouthfeel is soft and refreshing with moderate carbonation. Dry finish.
O: A lovely, modern witbier with new, exotic flavours that are pronounced but not overpowering. Very nicely balanced.
