Amber color with a thick head with good retention.
Mild aroma with notes of malt sweetness, red apples and some honey.
Flavor with notes of apples, English earthy and spicy hops, honey, faint cinnamon and finishing with tea. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Medium body with almost flat carbonation.
Rather sweet fruity Cask English Pale Ale served at room temperature (which didn't help in this hot summer).
