Copenhagen 30/5 2021. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Dark grey label with Cillian Murphy from Peaky Blinders in profile. Apparently an official beer of an TV-series.
Pours almost clear, golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as 0,3 cm thin layer of foam covering the surface of he beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a citric scent. Caramel, toffee. Citrus, orange and lime. Dry vibe.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Lacking a bit of intensity but a well balanced, very English take on an Indian Pale Ale.

It’s taken a few of these to appreciate it - it’s so nice to have a proper session ipa that doesn’t taste like a citrus fruit juice. No alcopop here - just classic English taste!

Bottle from Más que Cervezas, served at home in a shaker glass.
Yello colour, medium head with long retention and average lacing.
Aroma is maltly, grains, some citrus and a bit of funk.
Light body, thin texture, good carbonation. Semi-bitter finish.
Taste follows the aroma.
I like it just because it's not as excessive ast mosst moderns IPAs.

Bought from B+M discount shop in Cambridge. FWIW I haven't a clue what Peaky Blinders is about, women dressed as men?, but the beer was nothing special. Not one I'd buy again.

look a bit cloudy (in Wetherspoons ) copper colour.
T- this is good malty but subtle orange and Autumn fruits. Would definitely drink again. A bit vague in it's origins. Maybe some relation to Jaipur but not so obviously grapefruity.
S- nothing to write home about.
F- quite big feel, fills the palate, in a good way. AUTUMN WINNER

Bottle. Clear gold. Large bubbles. Thin wispy head.
Woody hops on the nose. Malt noticed.
Tastes as smells. Bitter finish.
Moderate body and carbonation.
I raise a glass to Polly (Helen McCrory) who died yesterday.

Bottled and part of a 4 bottle box set I picked up from Aldi
Pours a crystal clear golden body with decent enough white head
Aroma is golden syrup
Corn tasting within some subtle fruit but to slight to be indistinguishable with almost as low level bitter finish

Special edition beer based around Peaky Blinders TV series - trying to make a similar beer to those available at the time.
L3 Straw, poor head retention.
S3 Slightly sharp nose
T3.5 Balanced bitterness, no other distinct flavours coming through. Lacking hops typical of Thornbridge IPAs.
F4.5 Spot on as always - medium mouth feel and excellent carbonation.
O3.75 Not on par with Thornbridge's American style IPAs, but cool idea.
